(no subject)

* I fell down last night while walking, landing mainly on my left hand and right knee. Now I'm having trouble raising my left upper arm. At the club this morning, the staff called fire/rescue to have a look at it. There seems to be nothing requiring treatment. So the staff gave me a glove filled with ice to put on my shoulder.
* I've been fiddling with my conlangs, but nothing to report yet, and likewise with mp08, except that I have most of an instruction set in a protected entry.
* No news on the apartment front.
