Nasqi: Orthography, Phonotactics

I've made a minor update to the orthography given in this entry in the following section:

The vowel digraphs represent long vowels and diphthongs:
<ii> [i:]
<ia> [i@]
<iu> [iu]
<ei> [e:] (could be [ei] ?)
<ea> [E:]
<eu> [eu] (could be [Eu] ?)
<ai> [ae]
<aa> [a:]
<au> [ao]
<oi> [oi] (could be [Oi] ?)
<oa> [O:]
<ou> [o:] (could be [ou] ?)
<ui> [ui]
<ua> [u@]
<uu> [u:]

These changes avoid orthographic changes to roots when different classifiers and modifiers are used. Examples:
Noagiz (You are a dog) instead of Noogiz
Noneagiz (You are not a dog) instead of Noneegiz
the -agi- part no longer has to change.
