These are actually productions, not episodes. I'm trying to give a good selection of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Doctors, and their companions, so some of my favorites have been omitted.
The Green Death 3rd Doctor, Jo Grant's farewell. A long-haired guy named Jones meets a gorgeous babe. And the giant maggots are fun.
The Face of Evil 4th Doctor, introduces Leela.
Warriors' Gate 4th Doctor, (2nd) Romana's farewell. The best looking aliens.
Kinda 5th Doctor etc. Great Story, etc.
Enlightenment 5th Doctor, Turlough, Tegan. Great electronic music.
Inferno 3rd Doctor, Liz Shaw. The infamous eyepatch story.
The Brain of Morbius 4th Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith.
The Ribos Operation 4th Doctor, introduces (1st) Romana. "This be scringe stone"
The Caves of Androzani 5th Doctor, Peri.
Earthshock 5th Doctor, Adric's exit.
That's 10. Another day, I could have a different selection.
