Eviction Notice

Tomorrow/today/Wednesday is the day of eviction as I understand it. I'm still not ready -- I couldn't do anything about getting storage the past 24 because of the hurricane. I need a postponement. I have gotten my bills organized into small boxes, mostly, but have a lot more to do. I need to figure out how much spend on storage (= how much I can take out from the card - how much I need to put in the bank for automatic payments).

I forgot to say that if I understand correctly and there's no postponement, this is likely to be my last entry here.

Eviction Notice

I get a slight reprieve. I called the landlord this morning when they didn't come and he thinks the court will give me 24 hours notice when they're ready. He also decided to offer to pay for a full month's storage if it's reasonable and come up with a way to move everything. So I looked through the phone book writing down numbers until I got too sleepy, then made the phone calls in the afternoon. It was too late to actually check the sites, since the offices mostly close at 1700, so I'll do that tomorrow morning. And assuming the landlord is right, no eviction tomorrow either.
