2006-Jun-23, Friday 16:24* Because I'm not feeling especially well, I thought I'd list everything I've accomplished today, no matter how small.
1. I met with my case manager to look through the apartment ads and make phone calls. This happens about once a week.
2. I called the moving company that has some of my items in storage, after almost seven months. They were just about to auction off my items, so it seems I called just in time. They're going to send me a letter, but I had better call again early next week.
3. I checked on my psychiatrist appointment, which it turns out has been postponed til sometime Monday.
4. I returned a library book. I go to a library almost every day, but usually don't have to lug a book along.
5. I went to the post office and got my mail for the week.
6. While there, I paid to renew my PO Box.
* I've started reading The Shores of Another Sea by Chad Oliver. I actually started this last week, but didn't remember to note it. I'm about halfway through it. It takes place in Africa; baboons play a significant role. I've read three other Chad Oliver novels.
* I have the actant morphology for my new project pretty much pinned down except for the actual affixes. I'm not sure I want to use the phonology I've come up with; I'm tempted to convert this into a third version of Atle (project Delta). The rest of the language hasn't really gotten started yet.
