2007-Jul-21, Saturday 05:00* I slept some in the afternoon and only threw out a small amount of stuff. I need to throw out more and do a lot of cleaning this weekend.
* I've been going through the various linguistics departments admissions requirements, and found something I'd overlooked: the writing sample. It's supposed to be about 15 pages long and ideally about a linguistics topic. Since all I have from my undergraduate days are musical scores and PL/I (mainly) programs and am wary of submitting my Naisek grammar, I'll have to write something. It should be web-researchable and not require too much theory.
* At least I chanted three hours of daimoku.
