I'll continue to edit this post. The phonetic symbols are some version of CXS.

/q/ q [?] /h/ h [h] /r/ r [r] /â/ â /a/ a
                                                                  /@/ ' [@_X]
The first column, where there are two, gives the values for onsets and the second column for codas.
/n/ occurs as [N] only when coda before /k/ or /g/.
/y/ and /w/ may appear as [Z] and /v/, respectively, between vowels.
/@/ may be devoiced.
There may also be assimilations of coda + onset and other changes.

Note on Romanization

Double vowel letters may be substituted for vowel letters with macrons (which represent long vowels), e.g. madaarii for madârî. Also, |o| takes the macron or is doubled if and only if stressed.

Syllables

The types of syllables are:
CL long syllable, long vowel
CSC long syllable, strong short vowel + coda consonant
CS short syllable, strong short vowel
CW short syllable, weak short vowel (/e/ is excluded; if the syllable is initial, /@/ can occur)
