* Here I am up late when I need to get up in the morning. I spent an hour and a half trying to get to sleep. If I'd known that I could have taken a shower.

* My appointment (again) with my primary care physician so I can get a referral to a neurologist is at 1100. I'd normally (?) see my therapist also on Thursday, but won't unless the authorization has finally come through since I haven't managed to change medicaid providers (and that might take a month to take effect anyway).

* The CONLANG LISTSERV has been acting up for over 24 hours now.

* I chanted an hour today. I opened the butsudan but didn't bother trying to keep my eyes open, and I mainly kept my arms across my chest because of the bronchitis.

Ugh, I sympathize. I think the only reason I don't have trouble falling asleep here is because I'm painfully sleep-deprived. All through middle school and high school I'd lie awake a la this (http://xkcd.com/313/).
