Note: "F0" is not the real name.

F0 is strongly N-modifier and SVO, where S represents the immediately ante-verbal argument (if apparent) and O any post-verbal argument(s). There is no case-marking, so which role an argument has depends on its position.

Depending on its class, a verb can have 1 to 3 arguments (I don't know yet if there are any impersonal verbs) and a noun is either obligatorily possessed or possessible only via modifier. Relational verbs are used instead of prepositions.

In a basic noun phrase, the noun is followed by the quantifier, if any, and then any relative clauses, each of which uses the gap strategy (so far), with the simpler clauses coming first. A "resumptive pronoun" is used if relative clauses appear (possibly omitted under certain circumstances?).

A basic primary sentence consists of one or more primary clauses, simultaneous conjunction being implied (explicit conjunctions for other relationships may occur). A topic phrase may be placed in front of a primary sentence; references to it within the clauses are indicated by gaps.

A secondary clause may occur within a primary clause, with the secondary verb's subject always co-referring to an argument of the matrix clause. It can be difficult sometimes to distinguish a secondary clause from a following primary clause.

To complicate things, 3rd person and indefinite pronouns can sometimes be omitted, if clear from context. Note also that pronouns and noun phrases never co-occur for the same argument (i.e. no agreement). E.g.

"I carry [it] (to) in [there]."

The possessor of an obligatorily possessed noun acts syntactically like the object of a verb, except that
(a) a reflexive pronoun co-refers to an argument of the matrix verb and
(b) a pronoun possessor can't be omitted.
