I've been working almost exclusively the last couple days on my latest quick sketch currently called Toilan [to.i"lAN]. It has 4 vowels and 7 consonants. (Phonological) syllables are(C)V(C), but morphological "syllables" are ((C)C)V (is there a better term?). Morphemes themselves are made up of whole numbers of morphological "syllables".
Most (if not all) content words begin with prefixes; for nouns, this is case. Verbs use a prefix that specifies syntactical use, coreference, tense, and for attributive forms, grammatical voice. There's an additional irrealis prefix that turns past into future and present into contrafactual, as well as aspect prefixes.
Except for the imperative mood, no agreement is marked on the verb. The pronominal persons are 1st, Inclusive, 2nd, and 3rd and the numbers are singular, plural, and associative, the last not used with nouns or 3rd person pronouns.
The core case marking is Fluid-S, with the patientive distinguishing definite from indefinite. The other cases are possessive and partitive.
So far, I can say things like makkasketo senkatto! "Don't sit on the cat!"
